Managed Service Technician – MSP Responsibilities:
- Experience of Backup Solutions
- Provide Level 1 phone / remote technical support
- Create and manage Active Directory, email and phone system accounts
- Experience with O365 and ConnectWise
- Provide virus / malware protection and remediation
- Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN
- High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Write and organize documentation
Managed Service Technician – MSP Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF MSP EXPERIENCE
- Excellent customer service skills and “can do” attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read/speak/write at a high level. The role requires high level written communication skills.
- Ability to document work and maintain accurate records
- Microsoft Technologies – including AD; Exchange; Outlook; Office
- Office365 administration
