MSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH)

About

SMSP Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (Partial WFH) Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite and Exchange along with ability to integrate them on mobile devices
  • Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Server / Active Directory for solving Tier 2 issues
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
  • Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
  • Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
  • Understanding of DNS services
  • Install, Configure and Troubleshoot PC, MAC and Mobile device hardware and software related issues
  • Experience with Azure Entra ID (InTune is a plus)
