MSP IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, responding to all requests and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Explain resolutions, answer questions, and provide professional advice as needed.
- Perform timely recognition, isolation, resolutions, and follow-up of submitted help desk tickets and understand when to escalate.
- Provide detailed documentation of help desk support
MSP IT Support Engineer Requirements:
- Windows Desktop Operating System (Windows 7/8/10/11)
- Microsoft 365 (Add/Remove users, to/from distribution groups, add/remove licenses to users, Mail profile troubleshooting)
- Working in an Active Directory Environment (Add/Remove Users, organizational units, Azure AD Connect, basic networking)
- Standard Desktop Applications
- Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Software
- Networking technologies
- CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred
