MSP IT System Administrator – Tier 2

Due to an increase in revenue, we are seeking a MSP IT System Administrator – Tier 2 to join our team of 60. We pride ourselves on being a place employees enjoy working, evidenced by our average tenure being 4 years.

The MSP IT System Administrator – Tier 2 primary responsibility will be providing advanced support to clients and working on infrastructure based projects. The MSP IT System Administrator – Tier 2 will support Windows Servers, O365 administration/migrations, Datto, configuring/maintaining virtual servers (VMWare/Hyper-V), and cloud computing (Azure/AWS/G-suite). This is a consultative role where the MSP IT System Administrator – Tier 2 will also act as clients trusted IT Advisor to develop solutions to meet client business needs.

Candidates for the MSP System Administrator – Tier 2 must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or supporting multiple businesses concurrently
