We are seeking a MSP Network/ Systems Consultant to work with the Solutions Team to design and implement solutions for clients. Here, you’ll match your creativity with the latest technology!
MSP Network/ Systems Consultant Responsibilities:
- Managing on-site networks and providing technical support/consulting to a client.
- Serving as a trusted IT advisor by recommending new technologies and solutions that proactively support and grow client environments.
- Establishing and maintaining networks, servers, and systems by designing, proactively managing, and troubleshooting network problems.
- Traveling to a local customer site to provide scheduled network maintenance, address outstanding concerns, and aid with project implementations and consulting when appropriate.
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis, and effectively communicating with management.
MSP Network/ Systems Consultant Required Skills:
- 3 + years of MSP industry experience
- Great people and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong client facing and relationship building abilities
- Experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, VMWare/HyperV
- Hands on experience with the following: Storage, Ethernet, Wireless Networks, Citrix, DNS, DHCP, and LAN environments.
- Must have technologies: Firewalls (SonicWALL, Watchguard, Cisco ASA)
- Nice to Have: MCSE/MCITP certifications and a Bachelor’s degree
MSP Network/ Systems Consultant Benefits:
