Project Coordinator / Dispatcher (MSP)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Dispatcher (MSP) to join our team at our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP)! As our ideal candidate, you will have a background in directing calls and tickets to the appropriate resources, exposure to ticketing systems, and past experience working for an MSP. You will be responsible for answering customer support phone calls and emails and creating and assigning tickets for reported customer technical issues.

Project Coordinator / Dispatcher (MSP) Responsibilities: 

  • Answer all phone calls and emails directed to support.
  • Collect information about the customer and their technical issues or requests, then use that information to create helpful and descriptive tickets.
  • Direct calls and tickets to the appropriate resources while communicating ticket handling priority, availability, and due dates to the entire team.
  • Maintains the CSR Ticket Queue and assigns tickets to resources as they are available to handle issues.
  • Perform customer follow-ups to determine satisfaction and make recommendations to the Customer.
  • Support or Technical Service departments if further customer follow-up is needed.

  • Coordinating experience
  • MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
  • Ticketing experience
