MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2

Our team continues to grow which is why we’re seeking an experienced MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2. The MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2 will get to work with the latest technologies, receive top quality pay and benefits (listed below), and be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.

The MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2 main responsibility will be taking escalated tickets via ConnectWise and also assist on Professional Services division with projects. Successful MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2 will be comfortable working with technologies such as; AD/GPO, WindowsOS, Windows Server (up to 2019), VMware or Hyper-V, routers/switches/firewall troubleshooting and administration, M365, and Azure AD.

MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2 Technical Skills:

  • Excellent desktop support skills
  • Experience with AD/M365 administration
  • Understanding of networking technologies
  • Experience with network configuration of firewalls, switches, VLANs
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues
  • Experience troubleshooting server issues
  • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
  • Experience with Azure AD (InTune is a plus)
