MSP Service Desk Engineer Level 2 Technical Skills:
- Excellent desktop support skills
- Experience with AD/M365 administration
- Understanding of networking technologies
- Experience with network configuration of firewalls, switches, VLANs
- Experience troubleshooting network issues
- Experience troubleshooting server issues
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Azure AD (InTune is a plus)
