The MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) will split time supporting our clients remotely and going onsite 1-2 days per week to a client based in North Washington, CO. As a MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) you will be providing escalated support, consulting with non-technical C-Levels, and participating in a few projects with Sr. Engineers. Key technologies are Window Server, M365, AD, GPO, SonicWALL, Meraki, and Azure.

MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Technical and Professional Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills enjoy working with people, excellent telephone skills, active listener, and customer care
Technical Awareness: able to match resources to technical issues
Diagnosis skills of technical issues
IT Certifications: Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+, and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Knowledge of the full stack of Microsoft desktop and server applications, as well as Office 365
Experience with Mac devices
Knowledge of applications like A.E.C. field such as AutoCAD and Revit
