We are a growing Managed and Cloud Services Provider with a 25-years history of success. Our clients are in a variety of industries ranging medium to enterprise size throughout NJ, NY, and PA. At this time, we are actively searching for a MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH). This is a key role as you’ll be handling escalations, proactively improving client networks, and working with Senior Engineers on Projects. The MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) will be working with Windows Server, VMware, routers/switches/firewalls, BCDR (Datto, Veeam, N-Able), and Azure.

Previous MSP experience is required.

MSP System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Technologies:

Windows server installation versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Build and administration of VMware.
Implement and Support M365 and Azure infrastructures.
Networking and Infrastructure Skills (DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, Sub-Netting).
Experience with switches, access points and setup / VLANs.
Firewall Setup, Administration, & Support – Fortinet or SonicWall preferred.
Backup and Recovery Administration; Preferably – N-Able, Datto, Veeam, etc.
SAN Management (NETAPP, EMC).
Autotask or similar MSP tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc).
