MSP System Administrator Level II (Escalations Team) Duties & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare (Citrix & Hyper-V welcome), Dell, HP
- Implement new solutions and technologies to enhance client systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both physical and virtual servers
- Experience troubleshooting printers and remote support
- Extensive experience with network connectivity: WAN and LAN
- Understanding and ability to troubleshoot remote access solutions: VPN and Terminal Services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both physical and virtual server
- Experience working with ConnectWise Automate/ConnectWise Control
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously when assigned by senior engineers
MSP System Administrator Level II (Escalations Team) Salary and Benefits:
