Network Consultant (L3) MSP Responsibilities:
- Design, proactively manage, and troubleshoot network problems, ensuring the stability of networks, servers, and systems
- Travel to local customer sites for scheduled network maintenance, project implementations, and consulting
- Passion for staying updated with cutting-edge technology and hands-on experience with technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, VMWare/HyperV, Storage, Ethernet, Wireless Networks, Citrix, and Firewalls (SonicWALL, Watchguard, Cisco ASA)
- Industry certifications and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a related field.
- Collaborative and respectful attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
