Outside IT Sales Representative – MSP Duties:
- Be an integral part of shaping the business development style of the company; assist in choosing the best tools and best practices and build out the managed services practice.
- Prospect for potential new SMB clients and turn sales pipeline into clients on SLAs.
- Leverage the existing sales pipeline and leads and convert into clients.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our existing network.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Outside IT Sales Representative – MSP Compensation Structure:
- The first year earning OTE is $150,000
- Our typical client SLA contract ranges between $4K – $7K per month but they also have several accounts that are $20K+
- We pay out first month commission for every closed deal and it’s a base salary + commission role.
- The base salary is based on experience, but again the total compensation is around $150,000.
