Remote System Engineer (Professional Services Team) Responsibilities:
- Lead and Execute multiple projects on a timely basis within a certain time frame
- Create expectations and timelines for each project with the client
- Hands on work with multiple technologies on a Tier 3 level
- Regular meetings with clients to review project requirements, tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting project work onsite when needed
- Documenting procedures that were performed at client including time spent, and report back to Service Delivery Manager with any follow up items
Remote System Engineer (Professional Services Team) Core Technologies:
- Microsoft 365 – Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune
- Email Migrations from and to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Migrations to Microsoft Azure including Virtual Desktops
- New Network Setups and Upgrades – including SonicWALL, Meraki and Cisco Small Business Switches
- Windows 8/10/11 – Basic Support relating to the scope of projects being managed
- Mac OsX Support – Basic Support relating to the scope of projects being managed
- ConnectWise Command or similar RMM product
- IT Glue experienced preferred but not required
Remote System Engineer (Professional Services Team) Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication
- Experience working with the core technologies listed above
- 2+ Years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*
- Experience serving as a member of the IT Project team
- Salary $80,000- $100,000
