Senior Escalations Engineer – Managed Services

We are an established and leading Managed & Cloud Service Provider for Small and Mid Size businesses. We are big into re-investing back into our employees and maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Due to growth in company revenue, we are looking for a IT System Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The IT System Engineer will be working on cloud related projects for our client base related to technologies such as Windows Servers, Azure, O365, Cisco Networking, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, AWS, Etc.

Senior Escalations Engineer – Managed Services Responsibilities:

Migrating clients to cloud infrastructure
Migrate O365 & G-Suite
Configure virtual servers via AWS/Azure
Deploying and configuring Meraki switches, wireless, and routers
Windows Server and Hyper-V migrations and setups
Implement & Design Cloud infrastructures with a team of Engineers (namely, Azure)

Senior Escalations Engineer – Managed Services Responsibilities:

Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022 Servers
Installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite) as well as macOS
Developing and scripting in PowerShell
Implementing client/server applications architecture
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
Design and maintain configurations management tools and infrastructure on-prem and in cloud Champion Infrastructure as Code
