Senior IT Specialist (MSP)
- Responsibilities & Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Resolve Escalated Helpdesk Tickets
- Project work includes new client onboarding, deployments, or migrations of servers and networks, providing infrastructure guidance to C-level clients, designs, and implementations.
- Function as an assistant Project Manager, Team Lead, and/or hands-on escalation support for the lower-level tiered support.
- Submit Timesheets & Expense reports as indicated on their SOPs
- Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks to the President and Clients Mentor the “Junior and Senior” Service Team Members
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Contribute to the process of innovative change effectively
Senior IT Specialist (MSP) Requirements
- Experience with Office 365/Azure
- Windows Server Operations Systems & Roles
- Microsoft O365, Azure migration experience
- VMware/Windows Hyper-V (configurations, p2v migrations)
- Networking: TCP/IP, MAC, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, FIREWALL, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS
- ConnectWise (a major plus)
