Infrastructure Engineer (Managed Services) – Hybrid Work Enviroment

The Infrastructure Engineer (Managed Services) – Hybrid Work Enviroment is a strategic technical position within the company. This position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions. You will also serve as a Infrastructure Engineer implementing comprehensive solutions for our clients, particularly focusing on cyber security, networking, Azure infrastructure, server building, and advanced troubleshooting.
Infrastructure Engineer (Managed Services) – Hybrid Work Enviroment Responsibilities:
- Script solutions through ConnectWise to install software, resolve issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and deploy new services.
- Assist with ConnectWise maintenance: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.
- Patching and maintenance at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions.
- Support, patching, and maintenance services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Support, patching, and maintenance services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
Infrastructure Engineer (Managed Services) – Hybrid Work Enviroment Experience:
- VLAN / Advanced Networking
- Understand infrastructure design concepts to determine projects or not
- Advanced AD and Azure AD concepts
- Moderate PowerShell scripting
- Design and implement enterprise-level backup solution through Veeam
- Mail flow troubleshooting to spam filter
- SNMP troubleshooting
- Storage Troubleshooting and concepts
- RADIUS Server Configuration
- Oversight of Mid-grade IR
- Onboarding Investigation to find issues and create resolution plan
- Security concepts and implementation
- Escalation Point for Tier 2s
