Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Qualifications:
- Previous Experience working for a MSP, CSP, or supporting multiple domains concurrently.
- Experience performing advanced troubleshooting and administration of servers, networks, and standard business application.
- Experience with Autotask, ConnectWise, IT Glue, Datto RMM or similar.
- Experience managing IT projects.
- Experience building technical documents such as SOP’s, runbooks, and roadmaps
- Experience managing and servicing clients through RMM and PSA tools
Senior System Administrator (Managed Services) Technology Experience:
- Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and 365 and Azure platforms
- Network design and administration (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VLAN, SDWAN)
- Backup and Disaster Recovery – (Acronis and Veeam)
- Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V)
- Cybersecurity
- IT Regulatory Compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST, CMMC)
- Azure administration and deployments
- VPN setups – preferably FortiGate
