Senior System Engineer (Hybrid WFH) Responsibilities:
- Take charge of project scoping, meeting with clients, and pitching innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Showcase your expertise by completing network assessments and providing valuable insights for optimization.
- Design, configure, and deploy firewalls, including rule creation, VPN setup, and firewall optimization. – Implement and maintain virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, and provide troubleshooting and support.
- Lead and execute M365 migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to client workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, ensuring accurate estimations for project timelines and resource requirements.
- Provide exceptional project documentation, including scope of work, project plans, and technical reports.
Senior System Engineer (Hybrid WFH) Experience:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Engineer within an MSP or similar environment.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing firewalls, including rule creation, VPN setup, and firewall optimization.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing M365 migrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, MCSE) are highly desirable.
