Senior System Engineer L3 – Managed Services Responsibilities:
- Service as a project lead implementing solutions
- Serve as a highest point of escalation point for trouble tickets on the Support Desk (ConnectWise and/or N-Able experience is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server Technologies (Windows Server, HyperV, RDS, SQL, IIS …)
- In-depth working knowledge of virtualization including VMWare, Hyperconverged systems, SANS and clustering.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, VLANS, routing, switches, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and VoIP. (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL)
- Working knowledge of security policies and NIST controls.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS, Google, GSuite …)
Senior System Engineer L3 – Managed Services Requirements:
- Windows (Active Directory and Group Policy creation) VMware and Cloud Technologies
- Office 365, Public cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
- VMware ESXi or Hyper-V, P2V migrations
- Cisco Small Business certified – Switching/Routing/VPN intermediate knowledge
- ConnectWise PSA experience strongly desired
- PowerShell scripting desired
Senior System Engineer L3 – Managed Services Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $100,000 to $110,000
