Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP) Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working with Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Office 365,
Azure, VMWare/Hyper-V, Wireless Networks, and Firewalls (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Cisco ASA) - 3+ years of experience working in a consultative capacity
- Experience with presales and IT road mapping
- Ability to analyze client infrastructure and provide recommendations
- 3+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
