Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Experience working with enterprise E-mail solutions such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite and Exchange along with ability to integrate them on mobile devices
- Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Server / Active Directory for solving Tier 2 issues
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
- Solid understanding of and ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Understanding of DNS services
- Install, Configure and Troubleshoot PC, MAC and Mobile device hardware and software related issues
- Experience with Azure Entra ID (InTune is a plus)
