Service Desk Engineer (Partial Remote)

Due to continued growth, we are in search of a MSP experienced Service Desk Engineer (Partial Remote) with demonstrated experience working within Microsoft Windows business environment. The Service Desk Engineer (Partial Remote) will be responsible for providing technical support, configuration and maintenance of workstation/server hardware and software.

Service Desk Engineer (Partial Remote) Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous MSP experience (absolute must-have)
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, 10)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 & Office 365)
  • Windows Server Support (2008, 2012r2, 2016, 2019)
  • Azure environment administration
  • Configure wireless access points and troubleshoot wireless connectivity
  • Know how to install routers, switches, and access points at customer location
  • Know how to troubleshoot internet issues such as packet loss, DNS issues, service outages, and how to
    communicate with internet vendors to help resolve
