Service Desk Technician (MSP)

The Service Desk Technician (MSP) will be responsible for both proactive/reactive remote IT support AND working on basic projects with Senior Engineers. We believe in hands-on learning which is why the Service Desk Technician (MSP) will be supporting projects include migrations to the Cloud, working with VMware/Citrix/Windows and supporting technologies including M365, Exchange, Microsoft/Windows support (AD/GP/OU), and troubleshooting of end-user issues.

A successful Service Desk Technician (MSP) must have previous MSP experience and excellent customer service skills.

Service Desk Technician (MSP) Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft stack experience (AD, GPO, M365, etc)
  • ESXi VMWare for server hosts.
  • Dell Server hardware running VMWare.
  • Basic Network connectivity (Ping, IP address, etc.)
  • Azure Entra – Experience within the admin portal (password resets, groups, permissions, etc.)
  • Proven incident and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on a timely and accurate resolution
  • Strong team player who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Previous experience with ticketing applications (ConnectWise) and managed service applications (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja) preferred
