Seeking a Service Desk Technician (MSP) to join a continually growing Cloud Managed Services Provider that has been providing IT Solutions to businesses for over a decade. The Service Desk Technician (MSP) will work on a 10 person team providing high-level service to our clients spanning a variety of industries allowing our Technicians to consistently touch cutting edge technologies.
The Service Desk Technician (MSP) will support Windows Servers, O365 administration, configure/maintain servers via Hyper-V, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS). They are willing to train up the Service Desk Technician (MSP) on both Azure and AWS since they will be working with it frequently.
The Service Desk Technician (MSP) is an ideal role for an MSP experienced IT professional who is looking to join a company that will allow them to grow in multiple avenues such as System Admin, Network Admin, Cyber Security, and more.
Service Desk Technician (MSP) Requirements & Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk Experience
- O365 Administration/Troubleshooting
- Working with GPO’s and Active Directory
- Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technically detailed tasks
- Self-motivated and can be self-directed when necessary
