Service Desk Technician (MSP) Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft stack experience (AD, GPO, M365, etc)
- ESXi VMWare for server hosts.
- Dell Server hardware running VMWare.
- Basic Network connectivity (Ping, IP address, etc.)
- Azure Entra – Experience within the admin portal (password resets, groups, permissions, etc.)
- Proven incident and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on a timely and accurate resolution
- Strong team player who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
- Previous experience with ticketing applications (ConnectWise) and managed service applications (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja) preferred
