Service Project Manager (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineer’s daily activities and work with Dispatch on service requests
- Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA
- Keep clients updated on their tickets (status and/or progress)
- Assist CSM with QBR reporting and provide feedback for client annual reviews
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics
- Onboard and document new client environments to facilitate a graceful transition during new service/agreement implementations.
