Service Project Manager (MSP)

The Service Project Manager (MSP) is responsible for ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are followed according to company guidelines. As well as Process Ownership, including: Constantly developing, reviewing, refining and enforcing methods and best practices, scoping, documentation, client satisfaction reporting, etc. The Service Project Manager (MSP) will also assist in the development of technical support technicians from a career perspective. The Service Project Manager (MSP) is responsible for coordinating with dispatch for project and service scheduling, escalation and client satisfaction and dispatch to schedule project work/tasks/tickets.

Having a minimum of 4 years of MSP experience is required.

Service Project Manager (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineer’s daily activities and work with Dispatch on service requests
  • Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA
  • Keep clients updated on their tickets (status and/or progress)
  • Assist CSM with QBR reporting and provide feedback for client annual reviews
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics
  • Onboard and document new client environments to facilitate a graceful transition during new service/agreement implementations.
