Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Responsibilities:
- Manage a set of existing client accounts (No Sales, we have a Sales team for that!)
- Submit qualified talent, schedule interviews, and coordinate client/candidate feedback
- Negotiate offers/salary’s and drive placements to close through creativity & strategic thinking
- Keep client base up to date with industry trends and top talent
- Build and maintain long lasting client relationships
Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of staffing agency experience preferably in a full desk model or dealing with the client relations side.
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills & Strategic thinking
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) (Base salary around $60-70k)
