System Administrator (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and monitor client IT environments using ConnectWise
- Perform daily system checks and ensure all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running optimally
- Troubleshoot hardware or software issues quickly and efficiently
- Document all work performed, including issues, resolutions, and time tracking
- Create and maintain users, groups, and access permissions
- Monitor system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are up-to-date
- Provide technical support to clients remotely and on-site, if necessary
- Work with service desk team to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently
System Administrator (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- MSP industry experience
- Experience with ConnectWise
- Experience with RMM tools such as IT Glue, N-Able, or Kaseya
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and M365
- Some experience with virtual server administration
- Minimum of Firewall troubleshooting and maintenance experience
System Administrator (ConnectWise) Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $60,000 – $75,000
