System Administrator (IT Generalist) – MSP Duties & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with ConnectWise Manage.
- 5 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in the MSP industry
- Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, M365, Windows 10, and Mac OS
- Experience in Windows Desktop Support, including printers, networking, virus removal, and VPN setup.
- Understanding of smartphones, data recovery, and hard drive RAID configuration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of managing and supervising technicians, ensuring accountability.
- Fast learner with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated problem solver.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Webroot and SentinelOne is a plus
