System Administrator & IT Support Technician (MSP)

We are an elite Managed Service Provider servicing the greater D.C area. For 20 years, we have been delivering a variety of services to the SMB market including but not limited to helpdesk support, project management, it consulting, cyber security, and cloud solutions. We pride ourselves on providing top notch customer service with a white glove & custom solution approach.

Currently, we are seeking a System Administrator & IT Support Technician (MSP) to join our growing team! The System Administrator & IT Support Technician (MSP) will work on a mix of projects and taking escalated tickets.

System Administrator & IT Support Technician (MSP) Requirements:

Experience completing O365 migrations
2+ years of MSP experience Required
Thorough knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Wireless networking, router/switch/firewall configurations experience
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, etc
Server Virtualization Experience (Hyper-V, VMware, etc)
Mid level experience with Azure
Experience serving as a team lead a major plus
ConnectWise experience a plus
