System Administrator – Managed Service Provider
We are a leader in the Cloud/Managed Services industry, since 1979 we accelerated the organization’s growth and doubling in revenue! Due to growth, we are seeking a System Administrator – Managed Service Provider would will provide dedicated on-site and remote technical support for a major client account who we’ve been assisting for the last 20 years as their outsourced IT provider.
System Administrator – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day technical support for all users, both onsite and remote
- Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Maintain Office 365 mailboxes for the company and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
- Setup new desktops and related software for new and existing users
- Maintain Cisco Unity VoIP system, including deployment of phones and voicemail setu
System Administrator – Managed Service Provider Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years in a technical support position
- Understanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019
- Mac OS and iOS knowledge is also a must
