We’re on the hunt for a rockstar System Administrator – Projects Team (ConnectWise) to join our growing Managed and Cloud Services company! Our focus is firmly locked on giving our clients (who outsource their IT, network cybersecurity, and telephony to us) the best possible user experience. We work with clients ranging in size from a handful of users to over 1000 and support users in several states.

As a System Administrator – Projects Team (ConnectWise), your focus will be on implementing infrastructure modernization projects such as M365 migrations, Azure deployments, and upgrading networks. The System Administrator – Projects Team (ConnectWise) will be brought on with the intention of scaling your position and pay into a Senior System Engineer.

System Administrator – Projects Team (ConnectWise) Technical Skillset & Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working for MSP or CSP is required
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 including performing migrations from other email platforms to Office 365.
Intermediate/Advanced of Windows Server Operating Systems and performing server migrations.
Experience in setting up and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience supporting VMware and Hyper-V environments
Experience in performing on-premise to Microsoft Azure migrations.
Experience with Backup and Disaster Recover
Experience with Regulatory Compliance (NIST/CMMC, ISO, PCI, HIPPA)
Experience with ConnectWise or similar MSP tools highly preferred
