System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will be supporting our larger clients. The System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will heavily work with firewalls, VMware, Hyper-V and PowerShell. The System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will be also handing escalated tickets. System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) will have room for growth into more senior level roles.

System Administrator Tier 2 – MSP (Hybrid) Qualifications:

Experience working with Azure and AWS
Must be proficient with PowerShell scripting
Must be highly proficient with VMWare and/or Hyper-knowledge of (AD, O365, Azure) and Network support (Switches, routers, firewalls)
Must be highly proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
User account maintenance
SharePoint and Teams experience
Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience
User Account maintenance
Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
SharePoint Administration experience
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
