System Engineer Tier 3 – MSP

As a System Engineer Tier 3 – MSP, you’ll be a key member of our technical team, responsible for managing and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our diverse client base. Your role involves providing high-level technical expertise, designing robust systems, and implementing cutting-edge solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic IT roadmaps, and ensure seamless technology operations.

System Engineer Tier 3 – MSP Responsibilities:

Lead Azure migration projects end-to-end for a variety of clients, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support.
Troubleshoot network and server-related issues for internal and external clients.
Follow technical best practices and provide subject matter expertise for project and support engagements.
Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and project managers.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical consultation to clients while managing their expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues on technical projects and initiatives.

System Engineer Tier 3 – MSP Requirements:

Experience as a senior system engineer within an MSP, with a focus on migrations to Azure.
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Solid experience with Office 365 migrations and management.
Hands-on experience with Azure migrations, specifically moving on-premises workloads to Azure
Understanding of networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
