System Support Administrator (Managed Services)

We are excited to have experienced continuous growth and in keeping with that momentum are seeking to add an System Support Administrator (Managed Services) to our talented team.

The System Support Administrator (Managed Services) position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving escalated incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware. They will responsible for project assistants with M365 migrations, manage/deploy virtualization technologies, server migrations and new builds. The System Support Administrator (Managed Services) will make heavy use of ConnectWise, Datto RMM, M365, Azure VMs, desktops/networking, virtual servers (VMware/Hyper-V), and SonicWALL/Meraki.

System Support Administrator (Managed Services) Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows 7/8/10 and Level 2 experience Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
  • Communicate with clients on-site (desktop support) to resolve technical issues and close tickets
  • Cloud and virtualization using VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, Azure AD and other technologies.
  • Advanced Office 365 Administration
  • Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configurations (Meraki, SonicWALL)
