Systems Administrator (MAC and Windows) Responsibilities:
- System Management, Maintenance, and Updates
- Spyware and Anti-Virus Monitoring and Management
- Security Patch Management
- Automated Software Updates & Installations
- System Backup Monitoring and Management
- New User Account Onboarding and Offboarding
- Provisioning and Deployment of IT Assets
- •Technical issue diagnostics and remote client support via phone, video chat, screen share, and on-site as needed
- Network Connectivity diagnostics and support
- Time and Ticket record keeping and recording of services rendered, issues encountered, and solutions implemented for client and internal team interactions
Systems Administrator (MAC and Windows) Experience:
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11
- Proficiency in macOS 13 Ventura, macOS native apps, iOS device setup and troubleshooting, and MDM platforms such as JAMF, Mosyle, Intune, or similar
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Management and Administration, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Teams.
- Knowledge and experience with Azure Active Directory Administration
- Experience with Google Workspace Management, core application services, and Chrome OS is a plus
- Eperience with PSA tools and RMM tools such as Datto, ConnectWise, Autotask, IT Glue, etc.
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
