Systems Engineer L3 (Hybrid) – MSP – Duties:

Strong experience with Cloud technologies, particularly Azure
Proficiency in Virtualization technologies, with a focus on VMware
Solid expertise in supporting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Familiarity with concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls, specifically SonicWall
Experience managing and troubleshooting Exchange user accounts through Office 365
IT Glue administration skills, with a preference for candidates possessing process automation abilities
Extensive experience with P2V and V2V migration
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall, Palo Alto)
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
Configure servers and other critical components in Azure
