We are growing in response to more business and are seeking a motivated, energetic, team-oriented, money-motivated, and staffing experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a set of of IT clients!

Talent Acquisition Specialist Description:
- Talent Acquisition Specialist do not cold call, we have a sales team for that.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist form relationships with existing clients.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist take job order’s from existing clients, share the job requirements with the recruitment team, speak with recruited candidates about job openings and drive placements to close by negotiating offers.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client relationships and job orders – no micro managing and innovation/ creativity is encouraged!
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm REQUIRED
- 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Talent Acquisition Specialist Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K. Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K. (Base Salary around $60-70k)
- Hybrid in office and remote schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in office)
