Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm Required**
- MUST be fully vaccinated (Covid-19)
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to source, interview, identify top talent, and match them up with positions
- MOTIVATED
- Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K. Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K. (Base salary typically around $60k)
