Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP to join a well established Managed, Cloud, and Security service provider based in the DMV. The Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP will be joining a company with a collaborative work environment and an emphasis on customer service, innovation, and employee development.
The Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP will primarily be working with select clients to develop scalable IT strategies for short and long-term growth. Also responsible for engaging with C-levels to roadmap technology for infrastructure projects. This resource will ideally have an engineering background looking to take on more of a consultative role.
Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP Responsibilities:
- Meet with client success team to understand project scope, estimates, and goals.
- Responsible for new client onboardings, client management, and alignment to industry best practices
- Develop, build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within your clients’ organizations
- Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal teams when scope changes
- Provide, accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical client project plans
- Consult with your clients and teammates to strategize technology infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and systems processes that will achieve your clients’ business goals
Technical Account Manager/ Project Manager – MSP Requirements:
- 3+ years experience acting as an IT Services Consultant/Advisor
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, AD, o365 Administration/migrations, Azure, Vmware or HyperV,
- 3+ Experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required***
- Experience roadmaping technology and projects
- Previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields
- Solid understanding of networking, hardware, and software
