Technical Account Manager (TAM) Responsibilities:
- Meet with client success team to understand project scope, estimates, and goals.
- Responsible for new client onboardings, client management, and alignment to industry best practices
- Develop, build and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within your clients’ organizations
- Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal teams when scope changes
- Provide, accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical client project plans
- Consult with your clients and teammates to strategize technology infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and systems processes that will achieve your clients’ business goals
Technical Account Manager (TAM) Requirements:
- 3+ years experience acting as an IT Services Consultant/Advisor
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, AD, o365 Administration/migrations, Azure, Vmware or HyperV,
- 3+ Experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required***
- Experience roadmaping technology and projects
- Previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields
- Solid understanding of networking, hardware, and software
