Technical Recruiter (Partial Remote & 2 hour lunch) Overview:
We are seeking Technical Recruiters to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible sourcing IT Talent across 5 major markets to place them in full time/ direct hire roles. The Technical Recruiter will manage candidate relationships and work hand in hand with the Account Management team to match candidates to active positions. The ideal Technical Recruiter will have 1+ years of staffing industry experience and strong interested in advancing their technical recruiting knowledge.
Technical Recruiter (Partial Remote & 2 hour lunch) Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm
- MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
- 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management/ recruiting
- Motivation and drive to succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Technical Recruiter (Partial Remote & 2 hour lunch) Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are between $75K – $100K and second year earnings are typically around $110K-130k + (Base salary typically around $60k)
