Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Staffing Firm) Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated
  • IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.

Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Staffing Firm) Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) Base salary typically around $60-70k
  • Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits + dental + vision
  • Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
  • We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
