Technical Services Consultant (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical project consulting and comprehensive IT support for a variety of business clients
- Consult with end users and manage back-end systems.
- Plan, execute and deploy computer, server and cloud solutions.
- Implement network and printer reconfigurations.
- Provide VoIP deployment, firewall management, virus/malware cleanup and end user help desk support.
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Migrate O365 & G-Suite
- Azure build outs and migrations
- Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware (Configuring new infrastructure and completing P2V migrations)
Technical Services Consultant (MSP) Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
- Experience consulting clients providing recommendations on their infrastructure needs
- Knowledge/experience with VMware virtual environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (migrations, administration)
- Hands-on experience with ISP/router/firewall management.
- Microsoft certifications preferred, specifically Azure, Intune and Power BI.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM preferred
