We are seeking a driven Technical Support Engineer Level 2 – (Hybrid) MSP to join us full-time in a rapidly growing MSP company. The Technical Support Engineer Level 2 – (Hybrid) MSP can gain hands-on experience on more complex issues to grow their knowledge and become more autonomous. You will be handling refreshes and deployments to end-users in team environments along with senior engineers. You will be troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and testing different technologies. You will also be supporting any escalated tickets.

Technical Support Engineer Level 2 – (Hybrid) MSP Requirements:

  • Performing software and hardware installation/configuration as needed.
  • Perform some analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new or existing computer systems in a Windows environment.
  • Resolve customer issues, providing superior customer service to ensure satisfied customers
  • Understand account procedures to properly inform customers of ticket status, and product availability, and manage customer expectations
  • Provides support from start to finish for all desktop/server-related issues including problem assessment/resolution
  • Strong and pleasant communication skills
  • Experience working with Exchange Server 2010 – 2019 Administration
  • Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • Experience working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
