Technical Support Engineer Level 2 – (Hybrid) MSP Requirements:
- Performing software and hardware installation/configuration as needed.
- Perform some analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new or existing computer systems in a Windows environment.
- Resolve customer issues, providing superior customer service to ensure satisfied customers
- Understand account procedures to properly inform customers of ticket status, and product availability, and manage customer expectations
- Provides support from start to finish for all desktop/server-related issues including problem assessment/resolution
- Strong and pleasant communication skills
- Experience working with Exchange Server 2010 – 2019 Administration
- Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Experience working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
