  • Evangelized the Microsoft CSP Program to CDW. Focus included operational functionality, pricing, forecasting, sales reporting, and incentive development. Positioned new Power BI dashboard to sales teams to drive immediate awareness to performance vs. goal. Worked with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop internal go-to market strategies supported by KPIs. Evaluated product portfolios, category performance, and all current initiatives. National Program Director

  • Created and evangelized a new home improvement revenue stream for Sears ( Transformco) via a global sales cross sell program. Successfully instituted the highest ROI for lead development for home improvements for 10+ years. Branded “Take The Lead” to be the world’s most successful home improvement cross sell program. Acted as a key member of leadership responsible for sales, incentive development of all Sears employees, sales operations, and customer experience. Owned and facilitated internal and third-party vendor management, including RFT coordination, contract negotiations, rules, market launches, promotions, collateral, site training, operational impacts, sales support, compensation, quota-setting, and reporting. Initiated B2b partnerships with Citibank, Sears’ Franchise Owners, Sears Delivery, and Sears Installation and Ace Hardware. Global Program generated over $200 million in revenue annually from 16 call centers, 1200 in-home technicians and 980 retail Sears stores. Created first ever global sales enablement program for Sears Home Improvement that was fully embedded in onboarding to employees in North, Central and South America as well as Philippines and India. Managed a direct reporting marketing team dedicated to Take The Lead Program’s growth and operations.
