Implementation and management of VoIP phone systems. Onsite installations and support specializing but not limited to 3cx and Allworx.
Workstation support for Windows 7, 8 10 hardware software repairs. Setup of new user profile in domain environment. Office setup and configuration of email using multiple platforms.
