- MSP Field Technician / Systems Engineer
- In my role as a Field Technician, I manage the end-to-end deployment and support of IT infrastructure across diverse client environments. This includes configuring and deploying new hardware, performing on-site installations, and resolving complex technical issues. I specialize in setting up PCs, servers, and network infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations tailored to each client’s needs. As a core member of the Field Team, I work directly with the COO and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to deliver seamless technology solutions and client support.
- When not on-site, I provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 Help Desk support. This includes managing complex service tickets, configuring both on-premises and cloud-based network environments, and administering platforms such as Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange. I escalate critical issues as appropriate during periods of high demand and actively stay informed on evolving technologies to ensure timely, effective client support.
Restaurant (2021-2021)
Host
- Greeting customers as they enter a restaurant, taking their reservations or putting them on a waiting list, giving them menus and showing them to their seats. Handling phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
