  • Work with technical and nontechnical clients to determine needs to achieve business/compliance goals
  • Meet with Solutions team to review client requests
  • Review and analyze clients’ systems and networks to eligibility for upgrade or need for replacement
  • Work with application vendors to determine hardware needs for upgrades
  • Create SOW for project engineers to use when completing project
  • Utilize software platforms to generate quotes for hardware and/or labor
  • Generate Field Nation work orders to request remote onsite support for technical discovery/review
  • Procure hardware through multiple distributors to generate pricing and replenish inhouse stock
  • Generate project tickets for engineers to complete work

  • Perform initial network discovery of potential clients and project scopes.
  • Responsible for onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.

  • Configure network monitoring of client networks by utilizing Auvik.
  • Utilize TruMethods to perform audits of client network and systems based on industry best practices.
