Help Desk Supervisor (2023-2025)
- In addition to my responsibilities as a Project Engineer, my promotion to Help Desk Supervisor included the following.
- Led a service desk team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provided support for escalations when needed
- Handled technically demanding projects such as server migrations and Azure cloud environments
- Ensured client compliance with cybersecurity policies involving PCI and government liability
- Tracked ticket metrics and provided reports to CEO on a regular basis
Project Engineer / MSP Technician (2020-2023)
- Managed phone and email systems for 30+ clients
- Conducted security awareness training across 30+ clients regularly
- Managed a cloud server environment in Microsoft Azure for 4 separate clients of various sizes
- Handled new site onboarding for new offices, including integration to the existing network stack using Cisco Meraki devices
- Handled tickets and calls in a professional manner, with escalation if needed
- Provided both in-person and remote support to said clients
