  • Fully setup offices from start to finish, establishing incoming internet, prepping firewall/routers, PCs,
  • switches, cabling, VoIP phones, faxing to network drive and for 8×8.
  • Responsible for running elementary school’s IT including all teachers’ and administration’s PCs and
  • server domain accounts, over 200 students’ Chromebooks, wireless APs/Fios, security cameras.

Proficiencies:

  • DNS/DCHP/static IP configuration.
  • Access to external/network drives via mapping and SMB shares.
  • Can setup and configure switches, routers, NAS devices, cloud storage.
  • Running domains on Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange.
  • Hands-on experience running, terminating, crimping, toning and certifying cables in schools, office
  • spaces, churches and doctors’ offices.
  • Repairs on incoming PCs in need of hardware/memory upgrades, cloning of hard drives and SSDs,
  • installation and data restoration.
  • Access to any licensed software including O365, Adobe products, tax software, EHR software.
  • Windows 7,8,10,11, MacOS.
  • Diagnosing network feedback loops with DHCP/IP
  • Has experience in managing VoIP phones for clients via TPx and 8×8.
  • Documentation software including Hudu, SI Portal.
  • Smartboard configuration for student/teacher collaboration.
